We had our outdated bathroom demoed and finished into a custom bathroom with stone floors and wan coating; deluxe fixtures; and granite vanity top. Aspen Remodelers did a fantastic job with finishing our basement. We didn’t have an exact vision of what we wanted when we consulted with Dean and Dean was able to help us decide on a great design for the space. He gave us honest feedback on what would work well and what wouldn’t work as well, but ultimately he wanted us to be very happy with the end result.

Dean and his crew were very timely with the project and gave us time frames that they followed through with. Dean always gave us enough lead time to make decisions, such as paint color and carpet choices, before he would need that information. In september of 2009,Aspen Remodelers Inc. (Dean Sprague)replaced our kitchen and bathroom windows. We looked at several window companies to determine the right fit and price for us. Quality and craftsmanship are very important as well as knowledge of carpentry. We were very impressed with Deans craftsmanship and the timely manner in which he completed the job. It is apparent that he can do anything in the line of construction, no job too small or too big.

We were trying to determine if we should move into a bigger house or stay where we live and get our house updated. We decided to contact a few contractors to determine if they could give us what we wanted, for the right price. Dean made us feel comfortable with his knowledge of how homes can be updated, and with his low pressure style of dealing with customers.

We wanted to have a more open feeling to our house. Dean was receptive to our ideas and then expanded upon them, and came up with a curved island design, that fit our space and maximized the seating area for the island. The idea also opened up our kitchen into our living room, which was currently under-utilized.

Finally when it came to implementing our idea, everybody from the cabinet maker, through the electrician, painter, and drywaller were outstanding. All of them were professional and easy to talk to and did a great job. In the end, we have a great new open kitchen, and we have been using our old living room more in the past month than we had in ten years prior to this.

We would recommend Dean and his crew to anyone who are thinking of updating their house.
